Returns Policy

We hope you love the products as much as we do, however we also understand that sometimes you may need to return your items. Our UK & Ireland returns policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. For international customers, we will allow 7 days from receipt of item(s).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags.

What you can't return

  • Certain intimate or personal items (i.e. underwear, earrings etc).
  • Perishable goods.
  • Any item that has been personalised or customised.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


To avoid disappointment please contact us before ordering to ensure that your items are eligible for refund.


How to return an item

  1. Contact us with the reason for return.
  2. Carefully package the item and return to the address below.
  3. Once the item has been received in its original state, we will issue a refund within 28 days.

To complete your return, please include a copy of the original invoice and clearly mark the reason for return. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
